Connect Google Sheets to AshnaAI
Sync and update Google Sheets so agents can work with structured data you already maintain.
What this connector does
The Sheets connector is for structured data — trackers, ledgers exported to Sheets, ops lists, and reports. Authorize Google, then point AshnaAI at the spreadsheet.

- A Google account with access to the spreadsheet
How to connect Google Sheets
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Google Sheets available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Google Sheets
Find the Google Sheets card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Google Sheets sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Google Sheets card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Will AshnaAI overwrite my sheet?
AshnaAI updates Sheets only when a task requires a write. Use clear prompts, or connect with read-only Workspace access if you only need analysis.
