Connect Google Workspace to AshnaAI
Connect Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides in one place. Choose Read (search and read) or Full (read and write) before you authorize.
What this connector does
Google Workspace is the umbrella connector for Google productivity apps. Prefer this when you want Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides available together instead of connecting each app separately.
During connect you choose Read or Full access. Read is enough for search and analysis. Full is required if agents should create or update files.

- Search and read Drive files, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Create or update documents and spreadsheets when Full access is granted
- Use Workspace files as agent data sources

- A Google account with access to the Workspace files you need
How to connect Google Workspace
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Google Workspace available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Google Workspace
Find the Google Workspace card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Google Workspace sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Google Workspace card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Should I use Google Workspace or the individual Google connectors?
Use Google Workspace when you want Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides together. Individual connectors still work if you only need one product.
What is the difference between Read and Full?
Read lets AshnaAI search and open files. Full also lets AshnaAI create and update files when you ask it to.
