Connect Google Drive to AshnaAI
Find files, analyze content, and organize Drive from AshnaAI after a one-time Google sign-in.
What this connector does
The Google Drive connector uses OAuth so AshnaAI can work with files you already store in Drive. You approve access in Google, then ask AshnaAI to find, read, or organize those files.
What you can do after connecting
- Search Drive and open file content for analysis
- Organize files when you grant write access
- Use Drive documents as context for agents
Before you start
- A Google account with the Drive files you want AshnaAI to use
How to connect Google Drive
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Google Drive available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Google Drive
Find the Google Drive card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Google Drive sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Google Drive card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Does AshnaAI store my Drive files?
AshnaAI uses the access you grant to work with files in place. You can disconnect the connector at any time from Integrations.
