Connect Gmail to AshnaAI
Search, organize, and reply to Gmail from AshnaAI after you authorize your Google account.
What this connector does
The Gmail connector lets AshnaAI search your inbox, read threads, work with attachments, and send mail when you ask. Connection is standard Google OAuth from Integrations.

How to connect Gmail
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Gmail available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Gmail
Find the Gmail card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Gmail sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Gmail card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Can AshnaAI send email without asking?
AshnaAI sends mail only as part of a task you start. Review drafts or confirmations in chat before anything goes out if you want a human check.
