Read, organize, and send Outlook mail, and work with calendar events, after Microsoft authorization.
What this connector does
The Outlook connector uses Microsoft Graph. One OAuth approval covers mail and calendar for the Microsoft account you sign in with.

How to connect Outlook
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Outlook available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Outlook
Find the Outlook card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Outlook sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Outlook card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
