Connect Google Meet to AshnaAI

Create and manage Meet spaces and read participants, recordings, and transcripts.

What this connector does

Google Meet uses the Meet REST API and needs a Google Workspace account. Some scopes may require Google app verification depending on your Workspace admin policy.

What you can do after connecting

  • Create and manage meeting spaces
  • Read participants, recordings, and transcripts

Before you start

  • A Google Workspace account
  • Meet API enabled for the organization

How to connect Google Meet

  1. Sign in to AshnaAI

Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Google Meet available to agents and chat.

  2. Open Integrations

Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.

  3. Select Google Meet

Find the Google Meet card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.

  4. Authorize access

Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Google Meet sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.

  5. Confirm the Connected badge

When authorization finishes, the Google Meet card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
