List Pages, publish posts, manage comments, and send Messenger messages as the Page.
What this connector does
This connector is for organic Facebook Page work, not ads. You must be able to manage the Page you want AshnaAI to use. For ads, connect Meta Ads Manager instead.

How to connect Facebook
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Facebook available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Facebook
Find the Facebook card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Facebook sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Facebook card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the ads connector?
No. Use Meta Ads Manager for campaigns and insights. Facebook here is organic Page activity only.
