Search Jira issues, read ticket details, and create issues from AshnaAI.
What this connector does
The Jira connector uses Atlassian OAuth for Jira Cloud. After you approve access, AshnaAI can search with JQL and work with issues you can already see in Jira.

How to connect Jira
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Jira available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Jira
Find the Jira card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Jira sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Jira card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
