Connect Slack to AshnaAI
List channels and DMs, search history, send messages, and manage Slack files from AshnaAI.
What this connector does
Authorize your Slack workspace from Integrations. A workspace admin may need to approve the AshnaAI app the first time someone connects.

How to connect Slack
Sign in to AshnaAI
Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in to the workspace where you want Slack available to agents and chat.
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations from the sidebar, or open Account and choose the Connectors tab. Search for the connector if the list is long.
Select Slack
Find the Slack card and click Connect. AshnaAI opens a secure sign-in window for the provider.
Authorize access
Review the permissions, then approve the request in the Slack sign-in window. Keep the popup open until AshnaAI confirms the connection.
Confirm the Connected badge
When authorization finishes, the Slack card shows Connected. You can now ask AshnaAI to use that account in chat or attach it to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I see an admin approval screen?
Many Slack workspaces require an admin to approve new apps. Ask a workspace owner to approve AshnaAI, then connect again.
