Open https://app.ashna.ai and sign in.
Open Integrations and choose ServiceNow ITSM
Click Connect and enter your ServiceNow instance URL when prompted.
Authorize on the ServiceNow instance
Complete the OAuth approval on your instance, then confirm the Connected badge in AshnaAI.
